Neon Dove to perform
Chris Haley and members of Neon Dove will play Delphi Public Library’s Coffee Beat Dec. 16 at 7 p.m. Neon Dove plays contemporary Christian music, but will also be adding to the Christmas season with some seasonal tunes.
