A four-course meal was served, prepared by Karen Robeson and family, followed by a social hour. The birthday song was for Wilma Robeson, gifts were exchanged, secret pals revealed, and Christmas carols were sung. Guests included Myra Miller, Wayne Forgey, Kenneth Yeakley, Harry Albaugh, Bill Hardy, George Marcellino, Don Bell, Ralph Byers, George Downham, Eldon Robeson, Bill Dyke, and Sandy Hutchens. The next regular meeting will be Feb. 6 with Mary Ellen Johnson as hostess. Delphi CWF The CWF of the Delphi Christian Church met Dec. 5 at the home of Nancy Cripe for a carryin dinner. Following the meal, 13 members answered roll call. On Sunday, Dec. 17, the children will present a program. This will be followed by having cookies and punch for everyone. Instead of a gift exchange, the members brought cake mixes for the food pantry. The January meeting will be on the 2nd at the church, with Connie Newland as hostess. |
