Community Enhancement Awards presented
Carroll County Economic Development Corporation and Carroll County Chamber of Commerce presented Community Enhancement Awards at an awards luncheon held Dec. 6 at Pat’s Country Barn near Flora. Awards were presented by EDC executive director Daryl Smith and Chamber executive director Keith Chandler to businesses in Burlington, Delphi and Flora.
