Meekins 65th anniversary

Robert and Imogene Meekins, Lot 47, Rhineland Mobile Home Park, Delphi, 46923, will be celebrating their 65th wedding anniversary with a family gathering and meal before Christmas.

Meekins and the former Imogene Tague were married Dec. 24, 1941, in Lafayette. He is retired from Fairfield Manufacturing Co., Lafayette. Mrs. Meekins is a housewife.

They have two daughters, Rebecca Shaw of Vero Beach, Fla., and Kay Priest of Delphi; five grandchildren; and five greatgrandchildren.

The couple requests that gifts be omitted, however cards would be appreciated.
