Judge Jeffrey Smith

Superior Court judgments are gathered from public records on file in the Carroll County Clerk's office on the second floor of the courthouse, Delphi.

Jeffrey S. Thompson, 48, Frankfort, was found guilty of battery resulting in bodily injury. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Americo L. Gonzalez, of Delphi, was found guilty of neglect of a dependent. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Thomas L. Marchand, 47, Delphi, pled guilty to invasion of privacy. He was sentenced to one year in jail, 351 days suspended, and 351 days supervised probation.

Causes of the State of Indiana against the following were dismissed: Maria L. Decaso, Derek, Ronald E. Hart, Rhonda Stembaugh, William P. Spencer, Richard Loredo.

Teresa A. Jones, 38, Lafayette, pled guilty to operating while intoxicated - endangering. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, participation in a drug and alcohol program and one year supervised probation.

John K. Dubes, 34, Delphi, pled guilty of operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol equivalent of .08 or more. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, all suspended, participation in a drug and alcohol program and one year supervised probation.

Pete O'Brien, 47, Lafayette, pled guilty to public intoxication. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, all but six days suspended, and 350 days supervised probation.

Benjamin J. Smith, 19, Delphi, pled guilty to conversion. He was sentenced to one year in jail, 253 days suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Lorenzo Kelly, 18, pled guilty to illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage. He was sentenced to 54 days in jail.

Ladislado Luna, 25, pled guilty to furnishing alcohol to a minor. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Melissa M. Smith, 38, Frankfort, pled guilty to theft. She was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.
