Driver refused treatment for minor nose bleed and complaint of pain to rib area. Schimmel investigated. Nov. 26, 9:56 p.m. - Property damage with injury, CR 350S near CR 675E. Randy A. Miller, 49, Bringhurst. EMS called to the scene, driver refused treatment. During investigation of operating while intoxicated at sheriff's department, driver requested to be taken to hospital. Blood test pending. Driver was transported by ambulance to St. Joseph Hospital in Kokomo for pain and cuts to head. Schimmel investigated.
