A complaint on note and real estate mortgage was filed by Deutsche Bank National against Shane L. Tyra.

Janice Bell was found to be in arrears of child support in the amount of $6,256. It was incorrectly reported in the Nov. 15 issue of the Comet that Jason Daniels was in arrears of child support. The Comet apologizes for any confusion this may have caused.
