Announcements Delphi Public Library will host the 82ND ANNUAL HOOSIER SALON SHOW Nov. 15 through Dec. 6. The exhibition, which will hang in the Gerber-Glove Valve Room and throughout the library's main floor, represents a portion of the juried show by artists who reside or who have lived in the state of Indiana for at least one year. The Carroll County Democrat Party will host a stop on the JOE DONNELLY APPRECIATION TOUR Nov. 20 from 4 to 5 p.m. at Jenny's Restaurant, across from the courthouse on Washington Street in Delphi. The tour is designed to provide Donnelly with the opportunity to thank volunteers and supporters. The public is invited to meet and greet the Representative-elect. Carroll County Salvation Army will offer sign-up for the ANGEL TREE, an opportunity to receive toys and clothes for children, at the Stone Barn in Delphi on Nov. 20, from 5 to 8 p.m. and Nov. 21 from 1 to 7 p.m. Photo identification, social security card for each household member and proof of address, income and expenses are required. Businesses and charitable organizations are invited to decorate a tree in the courthouse rotunda Nov. 27-29. Evening decorating time until 8 p.m. Nov. 27 only.
