Superior Court judgments are gathered from public records on file in the Carroll County Clerk's office on the second floor of the courthouse, Delphi.

Esteban L. Valdez, 31, Logansport, was fined $25 for driving without a valid license.

Travis K. Minnick 39, Logansport, pleaded guilty to driving while suspended. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, all suspended; one year of probation that includes eight hours of community service; and driving privileges suspended for 90 days.

Shannon M. Riley, 30, Rockfield, pleaded guilty to theft. She was sentenced to one and a half years in jail, all suspended, and one and a half years of probation that includes two days in jail and 96 hours of community service.

Cody A. Hufford, 20, Lafayette, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one year of probation.

Following a bench trial, Joshua R. Hinton, 23, Delphi, was found guilty of failure to stop after an accident resulting in damage to an unattended vehicle. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, all suspended, and one year of probation that includes 16 hours of community service.

Rodger C. McCain, 42, Camden, pleaded guilty to possession of paraphernalia. He was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year of probation that includes 48 hours of community service and participation in a drug and alcohol treatment program.

Douglas Danner, 43, Monticello, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, all suspended, and one year of probation that includes two days in jail.

For alcohol-related convictions, the following were meted a combination of jail time, with some suspensions, probation with fees, community service, house arrest, participation in a court-approved drug and alcohol program, and suspended and/or probationary driving privileges: Danny Nichols, 46, of Galveston; Martha J. Overmyer, 41, of Dayton; Zachary Humbarger, 21, of Delphi; Ryan L. Houser, 33, of Delphi; Tina Y. Parker, 41, of Chalmers; Tony R. Borth, 37, of Delphi.

Following a bench trial, Adrian J. Carreon, 33, of Sydney, Ohio was found guilty of failure to stop after accident resulting in non-vehicle damage. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, all suspended, plus one year probation.

Albert L. Hale, 36, of Frankfort was found in violation of the terms of his probation.

Steven K. Hanna, 21, of Flora was found guilty of possession of paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 180 days, all suspended, plus one year probation. That includes participation in a drug and alcohol program.

Toby Garth, 40, of Delphi, was found guilty of battery resulting

in bodily injury. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, all suspended, plus one year probation. That includes community service and an anger management class.

Danny A. Freeman, 22, of Flora was found guilty of possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to 1 year, all suspended, plus one year probation. That includes two days in jail.

Corey N. Fletcher, 29, of Lafayette, was found guilty of driving while suspended. He was sentenced to 1 year, all suspended, plus one year probation including four days in jail and completion of parenting classes.

Charles J. Crary, 36, of Delphi was found guilty of possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, plus one year probation.

Jason W. Webb, 22, of Delphi was found guilty of possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, all suspended, and one year probation.

Robert J. McKinzie, 42, of Monticello was found guilty of class D felony theft and operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to two years, all but 60 days suspended, and one year plus 305 days probation. The sentence will be served in the county jail.

Spencer T. Giles, 32, of Lovespark, Ill. was found guilty of class A misdemeanor theft. He was sentenced to one year, all suspended, plus one year supervised probation.

Eric T. Daugherty, 26, of Flora was found to have violated the terms of his probation. He was ordered to serve 90 days of his previous sentence, minus 31 days time served.

The following causes have all been dismissed: William L. Raines, Fred W. Hicks, Jr., Robert Guenther (3), Daniel W. Kelly.
