Canal Park costume winners announced

Halloween at Canal Park' Oct. 31 were disguised, but their excitement wasn't.

The Delphi Chamber of Commerce, Psi Otes, the Canal Interpretive Center and many volunteers made the event possible.

Costume winners in the zeroto four category were Addison Snell, Hailey Sutton and Emmeline Seest, in the five-tonine category Tyler Popejoy, Victoria Seest and Devin Tharp, and in the 10 and up category, Kaylene Baker, Brian Housten and Kaitlin Longkop.

A bonfire followed the activities.
