Carroll K9 Special Deputy Provides Training

Carroll County Sheriff's K9 Special Deputy Marion Riggle recently provided K9 tracking instruction and problem solving in the Lawrenceburg area in southeastern Indiana. During the fourday event, Riggle provided instruction for the Indiana North

American Police Work Dog Association workshop. The fall workshop was attended by 60 police K9 teams and 12 search and rescue teams, representing various law enforcement agencies from Indiana and surrounding states.

"I always feel privileged to be invited to these programs", Riggle commented. "It provides us with the opportunity not only to see new K9 officers and their dogs learn, but to work with veteran teams as well. We continue to learn from other programs, too,

when we attend these workshops."
