CARROLL COUNTY GARDEN CLUBwill meet Nov. 11 at 10 a.m. in the home of Keith and Sharon Wolf, 403 N. Monroe St., Camden.

The AMERICAN LEGION THANKSGIVING SUPPER will be Nov. 20 at 6 p.m. in the Legion Hall. Reservations are due by Nov. 16 to Rex Wilson (765) 564-4642 or Dick Grantham (765) 564-2871.

Delphi Middle School parent organization,

P.A.C.E. will meet Nov. 14 at 6:30 p.m. in the school cafeteria. Meeting is open to any parent or guardian of a middle school student. Child care will be provided. The DEADLINE for paying FALL PROPERTY TAXES is Nov. 13. The courthouse will be closed Nov. 10 for Veteran's Day, however the TREASURER'S OFFICE WILL BE OPEN that day from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for property tax collection.

DELPHI AMERICAN LEGION AUXILIARYwill hold their annual pre-Christmas party Nov. 15 at 6 p.m. in Honan Hall. There will be an optional $5 gift exchange, bingo and a carry-in supper with meat furnished.

Senior citizens of Carroll County are invited to a THANKSGIVING DINNER Nov. 15 at noon in the Delphi Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall. There is no charge for the meal. For information or a ride, call Sue at (765) 564-2371.

The volunteer group Mighty Oracle Parents will sponsor a FITNESS FUN WALK Nov. 8 beginning at 1:30 p.m. Students will walk neighborhood routes to raise money for school activities and promote wellness. Call Joy Atkinson (765) 564- 6676 for information.

The DELPHI CHRISTMAS PARADE will be Dec. 2 at 1 p.m. Lineup starts at 12 p.m. at the Monroe St. gymnasium. Judging will begin at 12:30 p.m. 'Old Fashioned Christmas' will be the event theme. Call Ed and Donna Sholty (765) 564-3514 or Darrell Noonkester (765) 654-6077 to pre-register.

MARKET DAY pick up will be Saturday from 12:15 to 1:15 pm in the Carroll Elementary School Gym.

Carroll County YMCA is currently establishing CO-ED VOLLEYBALL TEAMS for the winter season that begins on Nov. 30. Teams must have eight members, a leader, and team name. Extension Homemakers will be working with community volunteers to make Christmas gift bags and other items for Riley Hospital and WIC during the annual MAKE A DIFFERENCE SEWING DAY Nov. 13, beginning at 9 a.m. Soup and drinks will be served. For information call Darice Sheiss at (765) 564-3169.
