Oct. 19, 2:58 p.m. - Property damage US421 at SR25. Stephen Wagner, 47, Delphi, and Jill Scharer, 47, Cutler. Officer Shane Bernhardt investigated.

Oct. 20, 2:15 p.m. - Property damage, Franklin St. at US421, Michele Spangler, 40, Camden, and Richard Bouwkamp, 64, West Lafayette. Officer David Yeager investigated.

Oct. 20, 2:20 p.m. - Property damage with injury, Ruben S. Romero, 56, Logansport, Nichole R. Jonas, 21, Lakeville, and Dustin C. Smith, 29, Fairmount. Jonas checked out at the scene by Carroll County EMS. Chief Ed Chapman investigated.

Oct. 26, 2:30 a.m. - Domestic battery, 105 S. Washington St., Heather Metz, 31, Delphi, was arrested for domestic battery. Officer Chuck Kent investigated.

Oct. 17, 12:15 p.m. - Property damage, CR1300N near CR250W. Steven R. Farrell, 54, Burnettsville, Brandon S. Williamson, 25, Burnettsville. Williamson cited for violation of interim registration plate and operating a vehicle without financial responsibility. Deputy Walt Raderstorf investigated.

Oct. 20, 8:57 p.m. - Property damage, SR18E near CR100E. Dawn R. Seward, 36, Flora, struck a loose dog. Deputy Mike Thomas investigated.

Oct. 24, 6:56 a.m. - Property damage, Springboro Rd. near CR425N. Sandra M. Cook, 19, Rensselaer, and Amelia L. Hamilton, 29, Lafayette. Sgt. Tony Burns investigated.

Oct. 26, 1:50 p.m. - Property damage, US421W at CR900W. Debra J. Lowe, 54, Battle Ground, and Belinda R. Mundell, 33, Delphi. Raderstorf investigated.

Oct. 26, 5:45 p.m. - Indiana Street. Daniel Finnegan, 54, arrested on White County warrant. Deputy Tony Liggett investigated.

Oct. 27, 12:34 a.m. - SR25. Patricia A. Chambers, 49, Fort Wayne, arrested for operating while intoxicated. Liggett investigated.

Oct. 28, 11 a.m. - Fatality, SR29 at SR218. Lela F. Street, 62, Kokomo, and John W. Boyd, 41, Logansport. Street was airlifted to Park View Hospital in Fort Wayne. Boyd was pronounced dead at the scene. Burns investigated.

Oct. 28, 8:06 p.m. - Property damage/ deer strike, US421N at Briarwood Dr. Mark S. Taylor, 51, Sharpsville. Deputy Jay Schimmel investigated.

Oct. 29, 8:40 p.m. - Property damage/ deer strike, CR350N near SR75N. Isaac N. Beery, 32, Camden. Schimmel investigated.

Oct. 30, 6:45 a.m. - Property damage/ deer strike, SR18W near CR250W. Roddy Goings, 52, Flora. Cpl. Tobe Leazenby investigated.

Oct. 23 - K-9 Officer Marion Riggle and his K-9s Annie and Udy assisted the Frankfort K-9 team with a drug sniff at Frankfort High School and Middle School.

Oct. 24 - K-9 Officer Marion Riggle and his K-9s Annie and Udy assisted the Montgomery County K-9 teams with a drug sniff at North Ridge Middle School.

Flora Police Dept.

Oct. 23, 3:05 p.m. - A fraud report was taken at 212 W. Clem St. The complaintant stated an unauthorized telephone account was opened in their name in Wisconsin. Officer Randy Larimore investigated.

Oct. 24, 9:27 p.m. - Amy L. Swanke, 25, Burlington, was arrested for residential entry, criminal mischief and public intoxication. Sgt. James Bishop investigated. Deputy Jay Schimmel assisted.

Oct. 25, 9:05 p.m. - A juvenile complaint was taken at 405 W. Elm St. Officer Mark Thomas investigated.

Oct. 26, 4:50 p.m. - A vehicle driven by Alicia M. Snyder, 18, Delphi, crashed into a vehicle driven by Lana J. Boston, 61, Flora, at the intersection of SRs 18 and 75. Chief Paul Redmon investigated.

Oct. 26, 6:25 p.m. - A report of intimidation was taken at 212 W. Clem St. Thomas investigated.

Oct. 27, 7:40 p.m. - A report of telephone harassment was taken at 519 S. Third St. Bishop investigated.

Oct. 29, 12:45 p.m. - Theft of gasoline was reported at the Flora Maramart. Larimore investigated.

Indiana State Police

Oct. 26 - Brian T. Salinas, 39, Kokomo, was arrested on a Carroll County warrant for domestic battery. He was incarcerated in Carroll County Jail. Trooper M. Krueger investigated.
