New Filings The following are the misdemeanor charges filed by the Carroll County Prosecutor, on behalf of the State of Indiana. Valera Y. Bautista was charged with operating a motor vehicle w/o having ever received a license. Clint W. Huffer, operating while intoxicated/endangering. Timothy A. Fowler, operating while intoxicated (2 counts) and habitual substance offender. Summer L. Claxton was charged with assisting a criminal. Danny K. Moyers, Jr., was charged with operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic offender and resisting arrest. Jonathan C. Myers was charged with illegal consumption of alcohol. Christina R. Haberland was charged with domestic battery. Jesse W. Veach was charged with operating while intoxicated/ endangering. Shandel A. Dalton was charged with public intoxication. Andrea D. Kraing was charged with illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage. Joshua R. Hinton was charged with possession of marijuana. Derrick S. A garnishment was ordered for Scott Roth. In State of Indiana vs. Eusebio G. Bautista, 34, Delphi, the defendant pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated and habitual substance offender. He was sentenced to three years in prison with two years suspended, and two years of probation. In State of Indiana vs. Jeffrey A. Bartlett, 27, Brookston, the defendant pleaded guilty to public intoxication. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and 10 years of probation. Moore, 47, Monticello, was sentenced to 30 days in jail, all suspended, and one year of probation after being found guilty in a bench trial of having livestock at large. Eads, 23, Delphi, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated with a BAC greater than .08%. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, all suspended, and one year of probation which includes four days in Carroll County Jail and participation in a drug and alcohol program. Thomas S. Breimhorst, 55, Brookston, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated - endangering. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one year of probation that includes two days in jail and participation in a drug and alcohol program. Danny M. Smith II, 25, Plainfield, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class D felony. He was sentenced to one and a half years in jail, all suspended; one and a half years of probation that includes seven days in jail and participation in a drug and alcohol program; and driving privileges suspended for one year. |
