Delphi Police Department

Oct. 8, 7 p.m. - Theft, 212 Water St. Dennie Hedges, 72, Delphi. Items including a bag of groceries, five dollars and six credit cards were taken from a vehicle. Credit cards were found and returned to owner. Officer Chuck Kent investigated.

Oct. 9, 9:30 a.m. - Battery, Delphi Community High School. Report taken involving two juveniles. Kent investigated.

Oct. 10, 8:25 p.m. - Identity theft, 904 Tally Ho Dr. Kellie Lee, 29, Delphi, reported identity deception. Kent investigated.

Oct. 15, 8 p.m. - Theft, 101 Clyde St. Mariana Saenz, 33, Delphi. $200, driver's license, state identification, Social Security card and Excel identification card taken from unlocked vehicle. Kent investigated.

Oct. 13, 8:15 p.m. - Misdemeanor, McDonald's. Jesse Veach, 25, Delphi, arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Oct. 13, 11:45 p.m. - Property damage, Riley Park Annex, Jesse Veach, 25, Delphi, held for operating while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident. Kent investigated.

Oct. 18, 8:18 a.m. - Criminal mischief, 402 S. Washington St. Report of a rock thrown through a window at Countywide Plumbing and Heating. Officer David Yeager investigated.

Oct. 19, 5:56 a.m. - Misdemeanor, US421 at Dick Krieg Motors. Todd Richard, 41, Kokomo, arrested for driving while suspended prior. Kent investigated.

Oct. 19, 7:50 a.m. - Sideswipe, Delphi Community High School south parking lot. Wesley J. Everett, 16, Camden, struck a parked vehicle. Officer Paul Vondrasek investigated.

Oct. 17, 5:45 a.m. - Property damage with injury, CR800W. Aimee C. Rohrabaugh, 31, Logansport. EMS called to scene. Raderstorf investigated.

Oct. 18, 5:05 a.m. - Property damage/ deer strike, CR450W near CR300N. Gordon C. Minnicus, 48, Delphi. Sgt. Tony Burns investigated.

Oct. 18, 7:53 a.m. - Property damage with injury, SR25 at Meridian Line Rd. Vearle D. Shafer, 54, Logansport, and Joshua A. Marshall, 26, Lafayette. EMS called to scene. Burns investigated.

Oct. 18, 11 p.m. - Property damage/ deer strike, SR25 near US421. Umar Mpanga, 27, North Richland Hills. Vehicle towed from scene. Deputy Zackary Hall investigated.

Oct. 19, 7:39 a.m. - Property damage, SR25N near CR300N. Brian Jones, 16, and Paul A. Zink, 16, both of Delphi. Thomas investigated.

Oct. 19, 4:41 p.m. - Property damage with injuries, SR25 at CR100E. Sandra Nethercutt, 59, Burrows, Anita M. Campbell, 63, Logansport. Campbell and passengers, Eva Ulery, 82, Logansport, Evelyn Rowley, 60, Long Beach, Calif., and Margaret Wood, 76. Clovis transported to hospital. Sgt. Tony Burns investigated.

Flora Police Dept.

Oct. 17, 6:23 p.m. - Following a traffic stop Timothy A. Fowler, 45, Flora, was arrested for felony operating while intoxicated. Officer Josh Disinger investigated.

Oct. 17, 7:30 p.m. - Douglas S. Dirschell, 38, Indianapolis, was arrested on two Carroll County warrants for corrupt business influence and theft. Disinger investigated.

Oct. 20, 3:03 a.m. - Following a report of a domestic disturbance, Christina R. Haberland, 28, Flora, was arrested for domestic battery. Officer Randy Larimore investigated, assisted by Deputies Jay Schimmel and Zach Hall.

Oct. 20, 7:02 a.m. - A report of criminal mischief taken at 205 E. Elizabeth St. by Officer Mark Thomas.

Oct. 20, 7:10 a.m. - Thomas investigated a juvenile complaint in the 600 block of Harmon St.
