Complaints were filed in the following: Capital One Bank vs. Connie S. Bissell; Midland Credit Management vs. Maria Alvarez; Pipestone Financial vs. Jennifer J. Wilson; Midland Funding Management vs. Cheryl M. Delph; Midland Credit Management vs. Martin Mummert; and Midland Credit Management vs. Evelyn L. Smith.

A complaint on note to foreclose on mortgage was filed in Washington Mutual Bank vs. David Dillon and Julie Dillon, et al.

In State of Indiana vs. Brian Blackman, the defendant pleaded guilty to conversion and was sentenced to the Department of Correction for one year with all but 14 days suspended; and probation for the balance of the sentence.

The following were found in arrears of child support: Christopher Fairwell, $1,610; Toby Garth, $3,343; Melinda Hartman, $3,033; William Lane, $2,055; Mark McLeland, $11,647; JeffreyWagner, $380;

Adefault judgment was ordered in Midland Credit Management Inc. vs. Jack E. Gerard. The plaintiff will recover $8, 319 with interest.

motion to dismiss was granted

in Carl E. Yeagley and Delores Ann Yeagley vs. Landmark National II Corp. and Fifth Third Bank

A default judgment and decree of foreclosure was ordered in LaSalle Bank National Association vs. Jenniffer K. Landis, Christopher E. Landis, et al.

A motion to dismiss was granted in Farm Credit Services of Mid-America, FLCA vs. R. Jason Unger and Jessica J. Unger.

Capital One Bank has filed a complaint against Brad Kellogg.

Complaints on note and to foreclose mortgage on real estate were filed by PHH Mortgage Corp. d/b/a PHH Mortgage Service against James W. Allen Jr., Peggy L. Allen and JP Morgan Chase Bank and by JP Morgan Chase Bank against Kenneth and Donna McWhorter.

The estate of Stephen R. Braden was admitted for probate.

Waneta A. Johnson was named administrator of the Harold C. Johnson estate.

Chester L. Draper and Ruth A. Wilson were named personal representatives of the Don Draper Jr. estate.

The following causes were dismissed: GMAC Mortgage Corp. d/b/a Ditech.com vs. Patrick W. Roberson and Deana Roberson et al; National City Home Loan Services Inc. vs. John Harshbarger and Karey L. Harshbarger: LVNV Funding LLC vs. Eric Lee Klopfenstein.

Marriage dissolutions granted to the following: Janice Kay Fultz and Mark Edward Fultz; Tina A. Flora and Fred E. Flora (wife's maiden name of Sedwick was restored).

In The Andersons Inc. vs. Wilcox Lumber Company Inc., the defendant was ordered to pay the plaintiff $7,085.87.

In State of Indiana vs. Matthew C. Seibert, 20, the defendant pleaded guilty to burglary, a Class C felony. Sentencing was set for Nov. 8 at 10:30 a.m.

In State of Indiana vs. Wade S. Myers, 20, the defendant pleaded guilty to felony counts of burglary and theft (2), and misdemeanor counts of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Sentencing was set for Nov. 9 at 1:30 p.m.

In State of Indiana vs. David A. Bushong, 56, Lafayette, the defendant pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle after forfeiture of license for life, a Class C felony. He was sentenced to six years in prison with three years suspended, three years probation, and license suspension for life.

In State of Indiana vs. Kasey L. Busam, 18, Flora, the defendant pleaded guilty to burglary, a Class C felony. He was sentenced to three years confinement with all but seven days suspended and credit given for time already spent in confinement. He was ordered to pay restitution to the victim and to perform 96 hours of volunteer labor.

In State of Indiana vs. Jeffrey P. Canen, 45, the defendant was found guilty of dealing in methamphetamine, a Class B felony. He was committed to the Department of Correction for 15 years with five years suspended, and five years of probation. He was ordered to complete a substance abuse program.

In State of Indiana vs. Kimberly C. Hitchcock, 41, the defendant was found guilty of dealing in methamphetamine, a Class B felony. She was committed to the Department of Correction for 10 years with four years suspended, and four years of probation. She was ordered to complete a substance abuse program.
