Ethel M. Clarkson, 93, of rural Delphi, died at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 23, 2006, at H o m e H o s p i t a l ,

Lafayette. She had been a patient there since last Friday, and in ill health the past month.

She was born Oct. 7, 1913, in Winnipeg Manitoba, Canada.

She owned and operated Hoosier Holder Mailbox Stands for over 35 years.

She attended Logansport United Church of Christ.

Surviving are great nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the home of Dr. Tom and Cindi Anderson, her caregivers, today (Wednesday) from 3:30 p.m. until time of the service there at 4 p.m. The Anderson residence is located at 9505N 275W, Delphi. Pastor Ken Smith will officiate, and burial will be in Brown Church Cemetery. Abbott Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
