County police look for older male

Carroll County authorities are asking the public's help in attempting to locate a suspicious older male and his vehicle involved in an incident with a 13 year-old girl.

The victim reported a male driver in a passenger car pulled into a driveway in Yeoman and attempted to get her into his car.

The suspect was last seen in an orange/peach colored passenger car, possibly an older model Buick four-door in Yeoman on Main Street. A yellow air freshener shaped like a Christmas Tree was seen hanging from the rear-view mirror. The suspect is believed to be an older white male with gray hair and beard.

Anyone who observes the vehicle or suspect is asked to call investigating officer Cpl. Tobe Leazenby at the Carroll County Sheriff's Department at (765) 564-2413.
