80th birthday open house

Don Doty of Monticello will celebrate his 80th birthday with an open house Oct. 14 from 2 to 4:30 p.m. at Forrest Park Inn in Noblesville. The park is located two blocks north of SR32 on SR19. Doty's wife and children are hosting the event.

Doty grew up in Burrows and graduated from Delphi High School in the 1940s.
