Oct. 6, 1 a.m. - SR25, at Davis Ln., Jorge Cacahua, 20, Mexico, was arrested for driving while never being licensed. Kent investigated.

Oct. 6, 2:08 p.m. - Property damage with injury, SR25 at CR300N. Christina S. Champ, 36, Royal Center, and Rose M. Cable, 60, Camden. Both drivers refused medical treatment. Sgt. Brooke McCain investigated.

Oct. 7, 12:03 a.m. - Traffic stop, US421 and SR18, Teresa A. Jones, 38, and Pete O'Brien, 47, both of Lafayette. Jones was arrested for operating while intoxicated, O'Brien was arrested for public intoxication. Liggett investigated.

Oct. 8, 1:38 a.m. - US421 and CR200S, Thomas C. Parker, 27, Delphi, was arrested for operating while intoxicated. Back investigated.

Sept. 19, 8:40 a.m. - A report of criminal mischief to a bench was reported at 22 S. Center St. Officer Mark Thomas investigated.

Sept. 19, 8 p.m. - Jason L. Bush, 29, Flora, was arrested for invasion of privacy. Officer Josh Disinger investigated.

Sept. 23, 7:30 a.m. - Juvenile problem at 613 Harmon St. Officer Thomas investigated.

Sept. 23, 9:20 a.m. - A domestic dispute was reported at Flora park. Thomas investigated.

Sept. 23, 11:08 a.m. - A juvenile problem was reported in the 600 block of Harmon St. Officer Thomas investigated.

Sept. 23, 10:03 p.m. - Juvenile problem in the 100 block of S. Division St. was investigated by Disinger.

Sept. 24, 12:06 a.m. - Following a traffic stop, Teresa L. Downham, 22, Camden, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while never receiving a driver's license. Michael W. Butler, 23, Flora, was arrested for public intoxication, and Chad A. Long, 23, Kokomo, was arrested for public intoxication. Disinger investigated.

Sept. 27, 5:24 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 800 block of S. Division St. Thomas investigated.

Sept. 28, 3 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Harmon St. Thomas and Capt. John Chapman, CCSD, investigated.

Sept. 28, 3:26 p.m. - A vehicle driven by Neva M. Rogers, 28, Flora, struck a vehicle driven by Travis K. Nelson, 16, Bringhurst. Chief Paul Redmon investigated, assisted by Chapman and Flora VFD.

Sept. 29, 6:45 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported at the Flora Mara Mart. Sgt. James Bishop investigated.

Sept. 30, 11:44 a.m. - Criminal mischief was reported at 902 S. Willow St. Officer Randy Larimore investigated.

Oct. 1, 4:40 a.m. - Two male juveniles were arrested for minor consumption of alcoholic beverages at 107 S. Howard St. Bishop investigated, assisted by Deputy Jay Schimmel assisted.

Oct. 1, 6:42 p.m. - Amerio L. Gonzalez, 21, Delphi, was arrested on a Carroll County warrant for neglect of a dependant. Bishop investigated, assisted by Schimmel.

Oct. 2, 4:50 p.m. - A report of fraud was taken at 202 Washington Blvd. Officer Mark Thomas investigated.

Oct. 2, 8:05 p.m. - Carl R. Robbins, 30, Flora, was arrested on Tippecanoe County warrants for forgery and theft. Disinger investigated.

Oct. 4, 5:22 p.m. - A juvenile complaint was taken in the 600 block of Harmon St. Larimore investigated.

Oct. 5, 8:02 a.m. - A vehicle owned by Lynda Durham, Flora, rolled into a parked vehicle owned by Kim Hughes, Flora. Redmon investigated.

Oct. 5, 9:30 a.m. - A theft report was taken at 314 W. Vine St. Redmon investigated.

Oct. 5, 5:10 p.m. - A criminal trespass report was taken at 212 W. Clem St. Larimore investigated.

Oct. 6, 12:30 p.m. - A forgery report was taken at Esserman Tire Service. Thomas investigated.

Oct. 7 - A forgery report was taken at 22 South Center St. Thomas investigated.

Oct. 7, 8:41 p.m. - A criminal mischief report was taken at 204 E. Columbia St. Disinger investigated.

Oct. 8, 2:06 a.m. - A fight was reported at 103 E. Columbia St. During the course of the investigation, Ashley B. Anderson, 21, Kokomo, was arrested for battery. Bishop investigated, assisted by Delphi Officer Justin Wilson.

Oct. 8, 3:31 p.m. - An intimidation report was taken and remains under investigation. Thomas and CCSD Deputy Walter Raderstorf investigated.

Oct. 9, 8:14 p.m. - A domestic disturbance between neighbors was reported at 212 W. Clem St. Bishop investigated.

Oct. 9, 11:18 p.m. - Following a 911 report of an intoxicated driver, a vehicle driven by Michael T. Mooney, 43, Lafayette, was stopped and Mooney was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bishop investigated, assisted by Deputy Zach Hall.
