Reader comments:

I would think an itemized agenda, along with regular 7:00 p.m. meetings would generate better attendance. When the public does not know what is being discussed, it is difficult to find an interest. The agenda should be published the week prior and then adhered to strictly.

Generally speaking, many feel the board members have their own discussions prior to the meetings and have their decisions made. It would seem their desire for public input has not been any better than public attendance, or the complete agendas would have been published heretofore.

Being elected does not give officials carte blanche.
