Economic issues to highlight Crossroads community forum

Carroll County at the Crossroads, a strategic planning program initiated in 2004, will host a community forum on Oct. 17 from 7-8:30 p.m. at the Wabash & Erie Canal Interpretive Center in Delphi.

The program will feature Daryl Smith, executive director of the Carroll County Economic Development Corporation, and Keith Chandler, executive director of the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce, speaking on "Building a Dynamic Economic Future for Carroll County." The public is encouraged to attend.
