History walk, ride set

On Oct. 14 at 2 p.m., Canal Board member Mark A. Smith and Delphi Historic Trolley conductor Brian Stirm will escort both passengers and walkers back to the early days of the county.

The walk and ride will cover the area south of Delphi containing the Interurban right-of-way.

Also find out where an early dairy farm was constructed, as well as who landed along Deer Creek in 1825.

Attendees should meet at the Delphi Body Works parking lot.
