Nancy F. Mullin Nancy F. Mullin, 94, of Delphi, died at 11:18 p.m. on Sept. 24, 2006, in Delphi. Born in Rock Creek Township on the Mullin Homestead on Nov. 2, 1911, she was the daughter of Herman C. and Daisy Berkshire Mullin. She was a 1930 graduate of Rockfield High School and a 1931 graduate of International Business College in Fort Wayne. Ms. Mullin was a bookkeeper at Sayco in Flora from 1947 until her retirement. After graduation she worked for Sears Roebuck in Fort Wayne until 1947. She also worked as a legal secretary for Mahlon Kerlin in Delphi. She was a member of St. Peters Lutheran Church and a 70-year member of the Order of Eastern Star #475, both in Camden. She was an avid bowler and enjoyed traveling. She visited many countries. She enjoyed her many nieces and nephews and their families. Surviving are two sisters, Geraldine Rice (husband: Charles) of Delphi and Martha Spencer (husband: Melvin) of Anderson; 16 nieces and nephews; 29 great-nieces and nephews; and 15 great-greatnieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Donald and David Mullin; two sisters, Amy Snipes and Adriene McCain; a niece and a greatniece. Visitation will be held at Cree Funeral Home in Camden on Thursday from noon to 2 p.m. Pastor Dale Larsen will begin the service at 2 p.m. Burial will be at Camden Cemetery. Memorials may be made to St. Peters Lutheran Church in Camden. |
