Aug. 23, 5:40 p.m. - Market Street. Rory Griffis, Logansport reported a case of battery. The suspect was located, and charges have been filed with Carroll County Prosecutor's Office. Wilson investigated.

Aug. 26, 12:44 a.m. - Operating while intoxicated, N. Washington Street. Thomas Breimhorst, Delphi, was arrested. Wilson investigated.

Aug. 26, 4:05 a.m. - Misdemeanor, near stone quarry. Carlos Huerta, Monticello, was arrested for driving while never receiving a license. Wilson investigated.

Aug. 26, 5 a.m. - Battery on law enforcement, Main and Market streets. Charlene Sacha was arrested. DPD and CCSD were investigating a battery case. While interviewing Sacha, she became disorderly and struck an officer. Wilson investigated.

Aug. 27, 4:19 a.m. - Operating while intoxicated, Brewer Avenue and N. Washington Street. Richard Hampton was arrested. Wilson investigated.

Sept. 12, 4 p.m. - Hit and run, property damage accident, SR25 and Washington Street. The vehicle of Carl Burgeson, 22, Huntingburg, was struck by a tractor trailer. Officer Chuck Kent investigated.

Sept. 13 - Criminal mischief, N. Washington Street. Joshua Richeson reported that five tires had been punctured. Yeager investigating.

Sept. 15, 4:42 p.m. - Property damage accident, US421. Sarah J. Voorhees-Herron, 27, Delphi, and David Kaufman, 39, Camden. Kaufman and two juvenile males in his vehicle were transported to the hospital by Carroll County EMS. Officer Paul Vondrasek investigated.

Sept. 5, 9:30 p.m. Julie Perry, 27, Flora, was arrested on a warrant for check deception. Officer Josh Disinger investigated.

Sept. 6, 12:04 p.m. Report of theft at the Flora Maramart. A clerk at the store reported a man was writing personal checks on a closed account. A suspect was identified and a report was forwarded to the prosecutor's office. Officer Randy Larimore investigated. Chief Paul Redmon assisted.

Sept. 8, 1:52 a.m. Following a report of an intoxicated driver, Graydon K. Perkins, 53, Lafayette, was stopped for traffic infractions and arrested for operating while intoxicated. Sgt. James Bishop investigated. Deputy Zach Hall assisted.

Sept. 9, 10:35 p.m. Following a traffic stop, Ernesto G. Hernandez, 33, Flora, was arrested for operating while intoxicated. Disinger investigated.

Sept. 10, 7:30 a.m. Criminal mischief to a vehicle was reported at 419 W. Elizabeth St. Officer Mark Thomas investigated.

Sept. 13, 8:15 p.m. A vehicle driven by Corey A. Johnson, 17, Bringhurst, crashed into a utility pole near Brookview Lane and E. Columbia St. Disinger investigated.

Sept. 13, 9:51 p.m. Billy F. Williams, 31, Flora, was arrested on a Carroll County warrant for theft. Disinger investigated.
