Hancooks celebrate 60th

Mr. and Mrs. Jack Hancook of Delphi will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with an open house on Oct. 1. The event will be held at Delphi United Methodist Church from 2 to 4 p.m., and will be hosted by their children.

Hancook and the former Nada Jane Winslow were married Oct. 4, 1946 in Kokomo.

He is retired from Globe Valve Corporation where he was a plant superintendent.

The couple have two children, Marilyn Beeler of Indianapolis and Steve Hancook (wife: Cathy) of West Lafayette.

They request that gifts be omitted.
