Sept. 1, noon - Property damage accident, US421 and Franklin Street. Joshua A. Hardesty, 28, of Battle Ground and Jane E. Stiles, 52, of Monticello. Investigated by Chief Ed Chapman.

Sept. 3, 7:13 p.m. - Found property, Erie Canal. An unknown subject advised that he had found a Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Bicycle in the canal. Investigated by Officer David Yeager.

Sept. 4, 4-5 p.m. - Battery, SR25. Hunter Walker, 18, Logansport, reported a case of battery. Officer Chuck Kent investigated.

Sept. 4, 10:23 p.m. - Misdemeanor, Illinois Street. A report was made and filed at the prosecutor's office about a juvenile who was operating while never being licensed. Kent investigated.

Sept. 5 - Invasion of privacy, North Union Street. Thomas Marchand, 47, Delphi, was arrested. Kent investigated.

Sept. 6, 12:34 p.m. - Property damage accident, SR 25 east of US421, Delphi. Joseph P. Storey, 25, and Richard W. VanSickle, 54, both of Delphi. Chapman investigated.

Sept. 7, 12:32 p.m. Property damage accident, US421 west of Washington Street. Laura Myers, 22, Flora, and Chad A. Hostetler, 31, Monticello. Chapman investigated.

Sept. 9, 7:25 a.m. - Property damage accident, Franklin Street near Union Street. Brandy M. Perry, 16, Rockfield. Sgt Brook McCain investigated.

Sept. 9, 11:11 p.m. - Public intoxication and disorderly conduct, 985 N. Wells St. Sherry Miller, 37, Delphi, was arrested. Officer Justin Wilson investigated.
