Shockeys celebrate 60th

Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Shockey of Delphi recently observed their 60th wedding anniversary.

Shockley and the former Marjorie Mack were married Aug. 26, 1946, at the United Brethren Church in Lafayette. He is retired from the railroad.

She is retired after owning and operating a beauty shop for 40 years.

The couple has one child, Dennis Shockey of Delphi, and two grandchildren.
