APC issues 45 permits

Forty-five permits were issued by Carroll County Area Plan Commission during August, for improvements amounting to $4,937,200.

Residential permits with $991,000 value were issued to persons in the following townships:

Democrat - Carroll Jervis, residence; Tony Liggett, residence;

Jefferson - Winstead Enterprises INC, residence; Greg Milakis, residence; Thomas Walter, residence;

Rock Creek - John Garrison and Samantha Johns, residence;

Tippecanoe - Robert and Dora Willis, residence.

Permits for remodeling and accessories were issued to persons in:

Adams - Harry Idle, shed; Alden Schroeder, storage;

Burlington - Margaret Parker, addition; Jonathon Sines, garage;

Carrollton - Jim and Jennifer Johnson, garage;

Deer Creek - William and Marilyn Collins, deck; James and Michelle Bauman, pole barn; Douglas Diehl, storage; Gary Yoder, addition; Michael Fritz, pool; Dennis Shockey, pole barn; Eric Ross, garage;

Democrat - Carroll Jervis, tool shed; Douglas and Rebecca Graham, addition;

Jackson - Richard Fite, addition; Samantha Reyes, carport;

Jefferson - Judith Charlesworth, deck; James Staggs, addition; Lewis Smith, addition; Michele Bridges, shed; Dean and Brent Deardurff, storage; Robert Bruce, shed; James Pfrommer, garage; Roth Park Grove Cottage Ass., addition;

Liberty - Robin and Carolyn Maxwell, sunroom;

Madison - Scott Burge, storage;

The total collected from commercial permits issued was $3,500,000:

Burlington - Jeff and Kathryn Carter, hog building;

Jefferson - Ervon Arthur, grain bins;

Madison - McCormick Farms, storage;

Tippecanoe - YMCA Camp Tecumseh, activity center.

Fees totaling $110 were collected from Phyllis and Jack McCarty for rezoning application; Randy Birge for application for special exception; and Eugene and Sherrie Cocanower for application for variance.
