Bowman-Henson

Danny and Sueann Henson of Bringhurst announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their son, Justin Daniel, to Cari Lynn Bowman. She is the daughter of Jim and Cathy Bowman of Martinsville.

The bride-elect is a 2001 graduate of Eminence High School and is attending Ivy Tech.

The groom-elect is a 2001 graduate of Carroll Jr.-Sr. High School. He graduated from Indiana State University in 2006 with a B.S. degree is criminal justice. He is working with autistic children at Gibault Children's Home in Terre Haute.

They are planning a Sept. 16 wedding at Cartersburg Christian Church, Cartersburg, Ind.
