Harrells married 35 years

Mr. and Mrs. John Harrell of Burlington have been married 35 years this week.

Harrell and the former Susan McCullough were married Aug. 28, 1971.

He is employed by Mason Corporation as district sales manager, and she is a homemaker. The couple has three children, Jon Harrell (wife: Jane) Chicago; Emily Henderzahs (husband: Dr. Kevin) of Fishers; and Jeremy Harrell (wife: Nicole) of Denver, Colo. They also have one grandchild.

The Harrells plan to celebrate their anniversary with a trip abroad next year.
