To enter, children must be ages 0 to 3, be a resident of Burlington or reside within a 10-mile radius, have affiliations with social or church organizations, or a parent must be employed in the town of Burlington. The winner will be determined by the amount of money each child raises. Each participant will receive a gift bag. All participants will be introduced and walk the runway during the Fall Festival Queen Pageant to be held at 7 p.m. Sept. 15 in the Community Building. The next day, Sept. 16, participants will ride in the Festival Parade. Winners will be announced on Sept. 17 at 2:30 p.m. in the Burlington Community Building.
