Celebrating 20th anniversary
St. Elizabeth Healthcare Center in Delphi celebrated 20 years of service to Carroll County with a special celebration last week. Delphi Mayor Lee Hoard read a proclamation that stated "the (St. Elizabeth) community has served as a valuable resource for people in the Delphi area by providing free health screenings and various seminars."
