APC issues 34 permits Thirty-four permits were issued by Carroll County Area Plan Commission during July, for improvements amounting to $8,096,419. Residential permits with $1,342,000 value were issued to persons in the following townships: Clay - Chad and Carrie Geheb, residence; Deer Creek - Jerome Minnicus, residence; Democrat - Carl Ray Paris, residence; Jefferson - Twin Lakes Investments LLC, residence; Randall G. Armstrong, residence; Madison - Nathan and Sarah Burkle, residence; and Tippecanoe - Sarah Parker, residence. Permits for remodeling and accessories were issued to persons in: Adams - Marvin McAninch, storage; Marcus McGowen, horse barn/deck; Burlington - Scott and Tammie Arnett, garage; David W. Miller, attached garage; Robert A. Ritchey, addition; Camden Toby Schock, storage; Carrollton - Dave and Stephanie Lambert, addition; Clay - Nancy Brovont, porch; Deer Creek - Robert Wandless, grain bin; Paul Dunbar, storage; Rose and Elizabeth Jeffery, shed; Betty Massey, porch; Deer Creek/Delphi - Albert Fultz, 2nd story; Jefferson - Paxton Snowberger, garage; Victor Martino, storage; Michael Lowe, deck; Jackie and Shirley Crutcher, cover porch; Rick Alexander, storage; David and Suzann Terry, deck; and Tippecanoe - Orville Rauch, grain bin; Stephen and Carol Gott, garage; Stephen Dexter, deck; William Sulfridge, storage; Gary and Evon Tedlock, addition. The total collected from permits issued was $2,630 plus: + Donald Blair, $10 for a Carroll County Ordinance Book; + Philip Holsinger, $50 for a rezoning application; and + Barbara Hess c/o Louis Mullin, $50 for a re-zoning application. Total collected from permits in July was $2,740. Total collected for 2006 was $8,330. |
