If the funds come from business or the Economic Development Corp wants to raise the money from a source other than property tax , then I would not object. The benefit from an access road would be more for businesses than individuals. Given the fact that Crossroads and the Economic Development Corp usually want to raise property tax for their projects, I say NO.
