Aug. 9, 2:20 p.m. - Property damage accident with injuries, CR500 near CR200S, Bringhurst. Laura I. Jorden, 34, Bringhurst. The three occupants of the vehicle were injured. Deputy Mike Thomas investigated.

Aug. 11, 2:28 a.m. - Property damage accident, CR1225W near CR725N, Delphi. Rhonda K. Lawson, 38, West Point. Deputy Zackary Hall investigated.

Aug. 17, 7:50 a.m. - Property damage accident, Harrison St. near Wilson Street, Delphi. Penny S. Robinson, 46, Delphi. Cpl. Tobe Leazenby investigated.

Aug. 17, 4:15 p.m. - Possession of marijuana, Camden. Robert Yerkes, 56, and Mary Jones, 30, both of Camden, were arrested for maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana and reckless possession of paraphernalia. Deputy Grant Davidson investigated.

Aug. 17, 8:58 p.m. - Possession of marijuana, Hodges Drive area. Garrett Chaffin, 28, and Elizabeth Bellah (Walker), 22, both of Monticello. Chaffin was arrested for battery, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana over 30 grams and possession of paraphernalia. Bellah was arrested for visiting a common nuisance. Davidson investigated.

Aug. 19, 7:50 a.m. - Property damage accident, SR29 at CR350S, Burlington. Nicholas W. Hardy, 32, Nashville, Tenn. Sgt. Tony Burns investigated.

Aug. 10, 10:35 p.m. - With injury, Springboro Road near CR900S, Brookston. Ricki L. Rush, 21, Delphi. Hall investigated.

Aug. 11, 7 p.m. - Theft, 209 E. Monroe St. Jeffrey Turner reported a theft from an unlocked vehicle. Officer Chuck Kent investigating.

Aug. 11, 8 p.m. - Theft, 420 N. Union St. Sharon Ragan reported a theft from an unlocked vehicle. Kent investigating.

Aug. 18, 4:57 p.m. - Criminal mischief, Union Street. Shelby Kincaid reported that a window had been broken at 604 N. Union Street. Officer Dave Yeager investigated.

Aug. 19, 2:29 p.m. - Misdemeanor, Union and Madison streets. Richard Dulin of Delphi was arrested for driving while never being licensed. Kent investigated.

Aug. 5, 11:45 a.m. Report of a burglary at 203 S. Railroad St. Officer Randy Larimore investigated

Aug. 5, 1:50 p.m. Theft of a yard ornament was reported at 307 W. Maple St. Larimore investigated.

Aug. 5, 8:30 p.m. Criminal mischief was reported near the intersection of Main and Center streets. Sgt. James Bishop investigated.

Aug. 7, 12:48 p.m. A vehicle driven by Marilyn J. Starkson, 71, Flora, struck a vehicle driven by Amanda J. Anderson, 22, Delphi. Officer Mark Thomas investigated.

Aug. 8, 8:15 p.m. A bicycle was reported stolen from 612 E. Main St. Officer Josh Disinger investigated.

Aug. 8, 9:40 p.m. Philip L. Widner, 28, Flora, was arrested on a Carroll County warrant for resisting law enforcement. Disinger investigated.

Aug. 9, 10:11 p.m. An invasion of privacy report was taken at 419 W. Elm St. Bishop investigated.

Aug. 11, 7:20 p.m. Timothy A. Fowler, 45, Flora, was arrested on a Cass County warrant for operating while intoxicated. Disinger investigated.

Aug. 11, 10:20 p.m. Sabrina K. Duvall, 21, Flora was arrested for possession of marijuana. Disinger and In-Home Detention Officer Callie Schimmel investigated.

Aug. 11, 3:33 a.m. Officers executed a search warrant at 103 E. Columbia St. #1/2. During the course of the investigation, Danny A. Freeman, 22, Flora, was arrested for maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Rachel M. Hettmansperger, 26, Flora, was arrested for maintaining a common nuisance. Aaron D. Herendeen, 20, Flora, was arrested for visiting a common nuisance and possession of paraphernalia. George J. Novosel, 21, Hammond, was arrested for visiting a common nuisance, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Disinger investigated. Assisting were Bishop and Deputies Zach Hall, Tony Liggett and Mike Peters assisted.

Aug. 12, 10:20 a.m. -Criminal mischief to a vehicle was reported at 211 E. Main St. Officer Mike Thomas investigated.

Aug. 13, 5:20 a.m. Zachary D. Platt, 18, Bringhurst, was arrested for theft. Thomas investigated.

Aug. 15, 1:13 a.m. A domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of W. Clem St. Bishop investigated.

Aug. 15, 9:43 p.m. A report of juvenile delinquency was taken at 613 Harmon St. A report was forwarded to the Probation Dept. Bishop investigated.

Aug. 18, 6 p.m. Bruce Ezra, 54, Bringhurst, reported his van stolen. The van was later recovered in Indianapolis. Bishop investigated.

Aug. 18, 9:45 p.m. John E. Meyers, 47, Flora, was arrested for battery. Bishop investigated. Deputy Zach Hall assisted.

Aug. 18, 11:30 p.m. A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of S. Sycamore St. Bishop investigated.

Aug. 19, 4 p.m. A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of N. Center St. Officer Randy Larimore investigated.

Aug. 19, 5:15 p.m. A telephone harassment report was taken at 311 W. Elm St. Larimore investigated.

Aug. 19, 8:52 p.m. A telephone harassment report was taken at 308 S. Sycamore St. Bishop investigated.

Aug. 20, 8:29 a.m. A report of criminal mischief was taken at 504 E. Adams St. Larimore investigated.

Aug. 20, 7:55 p.m. Juvenile delinquency was reported in the area of Harmon and Third streets. Bishop investigated.

Aug. 20, 9:45 p.m. An attempted burglary was reported at Flora Community Park. Little League officers reported someone attempted to pry open the door to the Little League concession stand. Bishop investigated.
