Chaffin was arrested for battery, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana over 30 grams and possession of paraphernalia. Bellah was arrested for visiting a common nuisance. Columbia St. #1/2. During the course of the investigation, Danny A. Freeman, 22, Flora, was arrested for maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Rachel M. Hettmansperger, 26, Flora, was arrested for maintaining a common nuisance. Aaron D. Herendeen, 20, Flora, was arrested for visiting a common nuisance and possession of paraphernalia.
