In State of Indiana vs. Moises Gomez, 26, Logansport, the defendant pled guilty to Count I, operating a vehicle while never licensed. He was sentenced to two months, suspended, and a year of probation.

The following cases were dismissed: Angela C. Senesac in two cases, Julie E. Hoffman in two cases, Candace D. Spence, Bradley Lawson, Sharla Teggin, Vonda J. Kirkpatrick, Kristopher Brummett.

In State of Indiana vs. Lisa D. Thompson, 28, Flora, the defendant pled guilty to Count I, public intoxication. She was sentenced to six months, suspended, and a year of probation.

In State of Indiana vs. Ronald L. Tedrow, 38, Flora, the defendant pled guilty to Count I, public intoxication. He was sentenced to six months, with all but one month suspended, and 300 days of probation.

In State of Indiana vs. James D. Simmons, the jury found the defendant not guilty of theft.

In State of Indiana vs. Royce A. Smith, 36, Delphi, the defendant pled guilty to Count I, driving while suspended. He was sentenced to four months, suspended, and a year of probation.

In State of Indiana vs. Rusty J. Dewitt, 25, Monticello, the defendant pled guilty to Count I, possession of cocaine. He was sentenced to two years, with all but six months suspended, and one and one-half years probation.

In State of Indiana vs. Joshua D. Taylor, 24, Lafayette, the defendant pled guilty to Count I, operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to one year, suspended, and a year of probation.

In State of Indiana vs. Mark A. Sales, 47, Delphi, the defendant was found guilty of Count IV, failure to stop after an accident resulting in non-vehicle damage. He was sentenced to six months, suspended, and a year of probation. In State of Indiana vs. Alan L. Sorenson, 50, Flora, the defendant pled guilty to Count I, public intoxication in two separate cases. He was sentenced to six months in each case, with all but two months suspended, and two years of probation.

In State of Indiana vs. Nathan W. Simons, 17, Monticello, the defendant pled guilty to Count I, carrying a handgun without a license. He was sentenced to one year, suspended, and a year of probation.

In State of Indiana vs. Abisai Jiminez, 26, Logansport, the defendant pled guilty to Count I, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, endangering a person. He was sentenced to six months, suspended, and a year of probation.

In State of Indiana vs. Brian McFarren, 21, Delphi, the defendant pled guilty to Count I, battery. He was sentenced to six months.

In State of Indiana vs. Omar Ruiz, 29, Delphi, the defendant pled guilty to Count II, possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to one year, with all but 20 days suspended, and 345 days of probation.

An agreed judgment was ordered in Capital One Bank vs. Kristin R. Goltz aka Kristin R. Lutz. Plaintiff shall recover $4,832.80 from the defendant.

An agreed judgment was ordered in Lafayette Accounts Service vs. Jeremy A. Reef. The plaintiff shall recover $4,143.62 plus costs from the defendant.

A default judgment was ordered in Argent Healthcare Financial vs. Derek A. Geiken. The plaintiff shall recover $668.06 plus costs from the defendant.
