This might just be a little touchy to the people of Burlington since they pay the same taxes as everyone else in the county but get a lesser service, since Burlington does not have a paramedic on board. This is not the only point though. Burlington was the first ambulance service in the county. Now, 16 years after every other ambulance service in the county, Burlington is just now having problems. Flora and Delphi both have a bigger pool of people to get volunteers, but they went out in the 1990s. Great job, Burlington. You all should be thankful for your wonderful service.
