Ellen Carver

Ellen Carver, 63, of Bringhurst, died at 8:34 p.m. Aug. 16, 2006, at St. Joseph Hospital, Kokomo.

Born Dec. 14, 1942, in Bloomington, she was the daughter of Robert Rosenbush and Alice Mae (Pelter) Rosenbush Wenger. She was married on April 15, 1985, to John H. Carver, who survives.

Mrs. Carver, a registered nurse for 20 years, was retired from St. Joseph Hospital, Kokomo.

Also surviving are two sons, Douglas Rosenbush (wife: Debra) of Bringhurst and Jon Pat Noble of Kokomo; a daughter, Michal Noble of Bringhurst; two brothers, Jim Wenger of Chicago, Ill., and Bob Wenger of Redwood City, Calif.; and eight grandchildren.

Services were held Saturday at Neptune Funeral Home, Burlington. A committal service will be held at Asbury Cemetery at a later time.
