Donna L. Shoemaker

Donna Lou Shoemaker, 62, of Rockville, passed away Aug. 18, 2006, in the Rockville Nursing & Rehab Center.

Born Oct. 25, 1943, in Clinton County, she was the daughter of Robert and Zora Hardesty Stowers.

She was a homemaker and also did volunteer work with the Rockville Senior Center, assisting with their meal programs.

Surviving are two sons, Jerry Shoemaker of Monticello and Jeff Shoemaker (wife: Jolene) of Delphi; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and her brother-in-law and caregiver, Robert Brewer of Rockville.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. today, Wednesday, at Archer-Weston Funeral Home in Frankfort. Burial will follow in Bunnell Cemetery in Frankfort.

Memorials may be made to the Cancer Society in Rockville.
