Two Carroll County students were among 1,200 students who received degrees during graduation ceremonies Aug. 12 at Indiana Wesleyan University, Marion. Graduating were: MARIA A. KAUFFMAN of Delphi, Associate of Science degree in business, and MARLENE K. PETERS of Bringhurst, Master of Science degree in primary-care nursing.

KENDRA CREE of Camden has been named to the dean's list of the College of Communication, Information and Media at Ball State University for the academic year 2005-2006.

TRENTON M. MANN of Cutler graduated from the Pensacola Christian Academy Home School Program. Mann earned a 3.92 GPA and plans to pursue a career in mechanical engineering. He is the son of Michael and Rhonda Mann of Cutler.
