Forgeys celebrate 65th

Wayne and Helen Forgey of 5790E 500N, Camden, will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary with family and friends at Lake Wawasee on Aug. 19 and 20.

They were married at Deer Creek Presbyterian Church on Aug. 24, 1941, by the late Rev. Albert Ramsey.

Mr. and Mrs. Forgey have lived all their lives in Washington Township, Carroll County.

They graduated from Deer Creek High School in the Class of 1938.

He is semi-retired from farming, and she is a seamstress.

The couple has three children, Dr. Joe E. Forgey (wife: Cynthia) of Noblesville; Dianne S. Brown (husband: William) of Anderson; and Gary D. Forgey (wife: Kim) of Camden. They have ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
