Aug. 8, 2:40 p.m. - Property damage accident with injuries, SR25S near US421N. Carmel Harrison, 68, Monticello and Benny E. Harris, 56, Lafayette. Cpl. Tobe Leazenby investigated.

Aug. 11, 1:49 a.m. - Property damage accident, US421N at Briarwood Dr., Patton. Epifanio A. Castillo, 64, Monticello. Deputy Jay Schimmel investigated.

Aug. 11, 10:15 p.m. - Property damage accident with injury, US421 near CR550S, Rossville. Brian J. Martin, 43, Rossville, suffered fracture/dislocation of the knee/lower leg/foot. Deputy Mark Back investigated.

Aug. 12, 6:30 a.m. - Possession, CR400S near SR75. The sheriff's department received a report of an intoxicated individual in the area of CR400S. Officers found Brandon M. McCain, 19, Delphi, in an intoxicated

state. He was found to be in possession of marijuana under 30 grams and in reckless possession of paraphernalia. He was taken into custody and transported to the Carroll County Jail. Raderstorf investigated.

Aug. 12, 6:10 p.m. - Property damage accident, CR500W near CR775S. William A. Ledman, 52, Rossville and Gary L. Snyder, 48, Rossville. Deputy Tony Liggett investigated.

Aug. 12, 6:20 p.m. - Warrant service. James B. Supples, 27, Delphi, was arrested on a body attachment issued through Howard County for child support. Liggett investigated.

Aug. 12, 6:45 p.m. - Operating while intoxicated, CR500W near CR775S. William A. Ledman, 52, Rossville, was arrested during a two-car crash investigation. Liggett investigated.

Aug. 13, 12:52 a.m. - Operating while intoxicated, CR500W near CR1000W. Tiffani L. James, 35, Delphi, was arrested. Liggett investigated.

Aug. 13, 5:36 a.m. - Residential entry, Jackson Township. Rory Griffis reported that an ex-girlfriend from Peru forced entry into his home while he was sleeping. Leazenby investigating.

Aug. 13, 11:50 a.m. - Property damage accident, SR29N. Lisa M. Chrysler, 21, Peru and Elizabeth B. Barker, 80, Northbrook, Ill. Raderstorf investigated.

Aug. 13, 5:27 p.m. - Property damage accident with injuries, SR29S at SR18E. Victoria A. Reeser, 52, Logansport and Timothy O. Edsell, 35, Kokomo. All five occupants in the Edsell vehicle complained of head and neck pain and were examined by Burlington Ambulance Service and released. Liggett investigated.
