District 3 FB Women to meet in Delphi

District 3 Farm Bureau will have its Fall Seminar on Sept. 8 at 10 a.m. at the Wabash & Eerie Canal Interpretive Center in Delphi.

Karen Lackey will be cooking up "Exquisite Delights Surprise" and Merle Teel will present "Gourds to Pastures." Entertainment will be provided by Dulcimers Gathering.

Following lunch, Carolyn Hegel, second vice president, Indiana Farm Bureau, will speak on "Be a Team Player."

Ken Murray will give insights on blue birds.

A training session on farming in the classroom will follow in the afternoon at 2:45 p.m.

The meeting is open to the public. Reservations are due by Aug. 28 to the county Farm Bureau Women's Leader or call Janet Kemper at 765-523-2024, the District 3 Woman's Leader.
