     Delphi Public DPL will be closed Sept. 4 in observance of Labor Day and will reopen on Sept. 5 under fall/winter business hours, which are: 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday; 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Fridays; and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays. The library is closed on Sundays.
