Superior Court judgments are gathered from public records on file in the Carroll County Clerk's office on the second floor of the courthouse, Delphi.

The following cases were dismissed: Marjorie B. Spray, Robert S. Clark.

In State of Indiana vs. Michael W. Remson, 19, LaPort, the defendant pled guilty to Count I, driving while suspended. He was sentenced to six months, suspended, and a year of probation.

In State of Indiana vs. Zachary Humbarger, 21, Delphi, the defendant pled guilty to Count I, illegal consumption of alcohol. He was sentenced to two months, suspended, and a year of probation.

In State of Indiana vs. John E. Pine, 20, Flora, the defendant pled guilty to Count I, illegal consumption of alcohol. He was sentenced to two months, suspended, and a year of probation.

In State of Indiana vs. Stephanie Williams, 45, Camden, the defendant pled guilty to Count I, public intoxication. She was sentenced to six months. In a separate case, the defendant again pled guilty to Count I, public intoxication and was sentenced to six months.

In State of Indiana vs. Aaron C. Fife, 24, Rossville, the defendant pled guilty to Count I, public intoxication. He was sentenced to three months, suspended, and a year of probation.

In State of Indiana vs. Leo D. Hidrogo, 26, Logansport, the defendant pled guilty to Count I, operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. He was sentenced to two months, suspended.

In State of Indiana vs. David Garcia Jr., 21, Logansport, the defendant pled guilty to Count I, operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. He was sentenced to two months, suspended.

In State of Indiana vs. John T. Ellison, 60, Delphi, the defendant pled guilty to Count I, driving while suspended. He was sentenced to four months, suspended, and a year of probation.

In State of Indiana vs. Eloy Villanueva, 32, Walton, the defendant pled guilty to Count I, operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. He was sentenced to two months, suspended, and a year of probation.

In State of Indiana vs. Ross Malott, 18, Delphi, the defendant pled guilty to Count I, operating while intoxicated, endangering a person. He was sentenced to six months, suspended, and a year of probation.

In State of Indiana vs. Gabriel Warr, 30, Walton, the defendant pled guilty to Count I, driving while suspended. He was sentenced to one year, with all but 90 days suspended, and 270 days of probation.

In State of Indiana vs. Kyle A. Johnston, 20, Camden, the defendant pled guilty to Count I, leaving the scene of an accident. He was sentenced to six months, with 178 days suspended, and 362 days of probation.
