Carroll County chapter of Habitat for Humanity is busy building a house in Delphi at 201 N. Robinson St. Help is needed. Anyone needing a Saturday work schedule should call Randy Wherley at 765-564-3009 or Rev. Dale Larson at 574-686-3138. Deer Creek Presbyterian Church furnished meals for the workers last Saturday.

Pastor Tom McShannock and Pastor Sandy Hutchens traveled to Minnesota last week for the wedding of Pastor Tom's daughter, Meagon McShannock. While there they visited with Tom's parents.

On Aug. 20 the Youth Group of Faith Lutheran Church will have a swim party at the home of Mike and Lisa Downham.
