To grant a building permit based on IDEM approval is short sighted. IDEM is not notified when a hog spill occurs, even when it covers 5 miles of Carroll County roads where the ditches feed directly into the Wildcat! Traffic was diverted courtesy of the hog farmer's staff. Not one Carroll County official was present. The spill was unreported.

Let them in, ya did the pigs. You will be able to hire more illegal aliens to fill up my hometown with too! Won't that just be wonderful, all the more meth dealers, pot dealers, and crack heads, to let in here in beautiful Delphi! Then we can also have our own little gang bangers running our quaint little

town. I say YES to PROGRESS, even if it means giving up my sanity to gun toting punks who want to play their rap music so loud I can't even hear myself think! You better believe it, that all mighty buck always comes before the betterment of my grandchildren. Why in the world would I want to stop this kind of progress? Oh, expect to see your property taxes to go up, too! I cannot wait. Can you?????
