Mary E. Vermillion, 95,

Kokomo, died at 2:02 p.m. Nov. 13, 2006, at Waterford Place Health C a m p u s , Kokomo.

She was born Aug. 12, 1911, in Flora, Ind., the daughter of Earl C. and Jessie (Musselman) Myer. She graduated from Camden High School. In 1955 in Anderson, Ind., she married Edward C. Vermillion, who died in 1987.

Mrs. Vermillion worked for Anderson Abstract Co., Anderson, for 15 years before becoming a housewife. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Kokomo, Westminster Association, and PEO chapter BU.

She is survived by her brothers, William Myer and his wife, Pat, of Delphi, and Bob Myer of Frankfort; six nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister, Martha Starner; brother, John Myer; two sisters-in-law, Ann Myer and Pam Myer; one brother in-law, Ted Starner; and two nieces.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 16, at Shirley & Stout Funeral Home, Lincoln Road Chapel, 1315 West Lincoln Road, Kokomo. Private burial will follow at Musselman Cemetery, Camden. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until service time.
