Mr. and Mrs. Dale Zinn of Flora celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Oct. 14.

Zinn and the former Mary Ellen Peterson were married Oct. 14, 1956, at the Bringhurst United Methodist Church.

He graduated from Flora High School, and she graduated from Burnettsville High School. They have always lived and been active in the Flora community.

Zinn is co-owner of Zinn Kitchens in Flora and is still active in the cabinet business.

They have three daughters, Teresa Fife (husband: Tony) of Flora, Diane Dzirbik (husband: Dave) of Noblesville, and Jennifer Spesard (husband: Lonnie) of Flora. The couple also has 11 grandchildren.
